When I first met Dolores, I felt frustrated and worried about my diet. I was not taking time to plan my meals at all. I am mostly vegetarian, and have allergies that I have to pay attention to. So, when I met Dolores, I felt a relief, because she guided me to see food preparation in a different light. It was much faster and easier with a plan. I signed up for Dolores' meal planning program because I was always making meals on the fly. When I did make a decision about what to cook I struggled to find the right ingredients in my fridge and cupboards to make the meal. I was unorganized and underprepared. As a result of completing the CookingHacks4Health program, I have a weekly meal plan in place with the ingredients on hand to make the recipes.
