As the founder and cook of the original Nature's Garden Organic Cafe at Simon Fraser University, I have over 10 years of professional experience in preparing healthy & delicious meals from scratch for customers.

 

With the strategies that I used to provide fresh food for my customers, on a daily basis, I can help you to learn how to consistently prepare fresh, healthy meals at home, with ease.

Meal times were chaotic with me cooking on the fly!

I signed up for Dolores' meal planning program because I was always making meals on the fly.

When I did make a decision about what to cook I struggled to find the right ingredients in my fridge and cupboards to make the meal.  I was unorganized and underprepared.

As a result of completing the CookingHacks4Health program, I have a weekly meal plan in place with the ingredients on hand to make the recipes.

Now I feel less stressed about making meals because I know what I am cooking and have a set of steps to follow for preparing the weekly menu.  I am more relaxed, much more organized and actually enjoying making meals.
